These Terms and Conditions ("T & Cs" or "Agreement") constitute and govern the contractual relationship between the parties hereinafter referred to as 100xBet or "the Company", and you, as a user, hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You" or "Player" or "Client(s)" or "Client".

f) The Player seems to be acting as a ‘front man’ for an unrevealed person or business, and does not satisfactorily respond to requests for identifying this person or business.

g) The Player is not able to describe the nature of his/her source of income within reason.

h) The Player frequently makes large deposits and/or demands dealing in cash only.

i) The Player maintains multiple accounts and conducts an unusually high number of inter-account or 3rd party transactions.

j) The Players previously usually inactive account starts receiving a surge of wire activity.

The above list is by no means an exhaustive list. The Company monitors its Player and account activity in light of several other red flags and takes appropriate measures to prevent money laundering.

Prohibited Practices:

1. The following practices constitute Prohibited Practices and are not permitted and will constitute a material breach of the Terms and Conditions. We will take all reasonable steps to prevent and detect such practices and to identify the relevant players concerned if they do occur. Malfunction of the Games:
